A starboard broadside view of the Peninsular & Oriental Steam Navigation Company cruise ship Strathmore (1935) at anchor in an unknown mountainous location. Her port anchor is deployed and she has an accommodation ladder rigged to a shell door aft. She is flying the Blue Peter from the starboard yardarm on her foremast. Her bow is just out of the picture. The background is mountainous with a few buildings at and above the water's edge and a group of buildings near the top of the mountain. The negative is very slightly out of focus. Negatives numbers P85036, P85038 to P85041, P85103 and P85108 were taken on the same occasion.
