She has her starboard anchor deployed and accommodation ladders are rigged amidships and aft. An unidentified steam tug is alongside her aft ladder. Lifeboat number 15 has been launched. She is flying the Blue Peter from the starboard yardarm of her foremast. The horizon is not quite level.
