On board the Peninsular & Oriental Steam Navigation Company cruise ship Strathmore (1935) looking aft from the crosstrees on the foremast while stopped or just under way in an anchorage. Four of the ship's officers are on the starboard side of the bridge deck and one is in the wing cab. Two passengers are on the monkey island. Awnings are rigged over the bridge wings and on both sides of the boat deck. Negatives numbers P85047 to P85050 were taken on the same occasion.
