On board the Peninsular & Oriental Steam Navigation Company cruise ship Strathmore (1935) looking aft, down and to starboard from the crosstrees on the foremast while stopped or just under way in an anchorage. One of the ship's officers is on the starboard side of the bridge deck and a group of passengers are in the forward corner of the promenade deck. Others are on the forecastle deck. Awnings are rigged over the bridge wing and the boat deck. A vertical format negative. Negatives numbers P85047 to P85050 were taken on the same occasion.
