A slightly distant starboard side view, taken from abaft the beam, of the tug Cabo Sardao (1928) connected to the bow of the Peninsular & Oriental Steam Navigation Company cruise ship Strathmore (1935) in Lisbon harbour, Portugal. The photographer is on the port side of the upper promenade deck forward on board the Strathmore showing passengers in the well deck watching proceedings. Alongside the wharf in the background and seen from ahead of her port beam is the Portuguese passenger liner Mouzinho (1907) and berthed ahead of her is the Guine (1905), but only her starboard bow as far aft and the bridge can be seen.
