On board the Peninsular & Oriental Steam Navigation Company cruise ship Strathmore (1935) while at sea looking forward, to port and down showing the forward part of the boat deck from the crosstrees on the mainmast. The forward part of the boat deck is being used by passengers playing quoits and deck tennis. The rear of the boat deck which is just out of the picture is laid out for a horse racing session. The tote desk is abaft the engine room ventilators and funnel deck. Negative numbers P85072 to P85076 were taken on the same occasion.
