Issued "in war time service to Members with grateful acknowledgement to Messrs Kelvin, Bottomley & Baird Ltd., and Henry Hughes & Son, Ltd. for their assitance and help." Glazed linen. In an envelope printed with a log book form. Envelope inscribed "R. Dick". Based on US Hydrographic Department and British Admiralty data.
