She is berthed port side to the mole and her starboard anchor is deployed. A brow is rigged from the quayside to the deck aft. She is flying the Blue Peter from the starboard yardarm and the Italian ensign from the port yardarm on her foremast. The photographer is looking west from the new quay extension showing works proceeding on the construction of the new quay wall in the left foreground. The Castel Nuovo is in the right background. Negatives numbers P85144 and P85147 to P85149 were taken on the same occasion.
