A port side view, taken from well ahead of the beam, of the Peninsular & Oriental Steam Navigation Company cruise ship Strathnaver (1931) at anchor in an unknown location. Both anchors are deployed and she has an accommodation ladder rigged to a shell door aft. Lifeboats numbers 2 and 18 have been launched. She is flying the Blue Peter from the port yardarm of the foremast and a horizontal tricolour flag is at the starboard yardarm.
