An aerial starboard broadside view of the Anchor Line cruise ship Tuscania (1922) alongside the Moll de Barcelona at Barcelona, Spain.
An aerial starboard broadside view of the Anchor Line cruise ship Tuscania (1922) alongside the Moll de Barcelona at Barcelona, Spain. The ship is berthed starboard side to the mole and she is dressed overall. The photographer is looking east-south-east from a cable car on the Transbordador Aeri del Port and the Italia Line passenger terminal is in the foreground. A shipyard is in the background and the passenger motor vessel Ciudad de Alicante (1930), seen from off her port side, is undergoing a refit on the slipway. An unidentified cargo ship is on the adjoining slipway. The hull of a large steamship is alongside the breakwater wharf in the right background and she is probably being demolished.
