On board the Peninsular & Oriental Steam Navigation Company cruise ship Viceroy of India (1929) at Lisbon, Portugal, with the tug Cabo Sardao (1928) alongside. The photographer is looking forward,down and to port from the front of the boat deck to port of the centreline showing a cargo derrick winch at the base of the port samson post. A number of the ship's crew and passengers are looking over the port rail at the Lisbon harbour tug Cabo Sardao (1928) which is close alongside and is seen from above her stasrboard quarter. A vertical format negative.
