A distant starboard side view, taken from abaft the beam, of an unidentified Swedish passenger ferry under way in the Baltic Sea, possibly off Visby, Gotland.
A distant starboard side view, taken from abaft the beam, of an unidentified Swedish passenger ferry under way in the Baltic Sea, possibly off Visby, Gotland. She has lines of bunting at the fore and main masts and an awning is rigged above her stern. She is carrying at least one motor car on her aft deck which has been loaded through doors in the bulwark. She has a circular funnel marking. The sun is low in the sky and there is nothing in the background. The negative is captioned "Visby" but this does not look like the ferry Visby (1924) which was owned by Ångfartygs AB Gotland. Negative number P85384 was taken on the same occasion.
