A slightly distant starboard side view, taken from abaft the beam, of the White Star Line cruise ship Calgaric (1918) anchored in Invikfjord, off Loen, Norway. She has lines of bunting on her fore and main masts. Her port anchor is deployed and she has an accommodation ladder rigged aft with a boat alongside it. Lifeboats numbers 3 and 5 have been launched and lifeboat 15 is in the water but is still attached to its falls. One of the ship's boats is heading towards the shore. The photographer is on shore looking over trees and there are wooded mountains in the background.
