The forecastle of an unidentified cruise ship at night in port or in an anchorage.
The forecastle of an unidentified cruise ship at night in port or in an anchorage. The photographer is looking forward from just ahead of the foremast showing the end of two cargo derricks in the stowed position. The anchor windlass is in the centre of the picture and a string of lights is suspended from the port and starboard guardrails to the jackstaff. The length of the timed exposure has turned the light bulbs into wavy lines. One of the ship's officers is looking aft from the bow.
