A slightly distant port quarter view, taken from wide off the stern, of the Royal Navy submarine depot ship Forth (1938) at moorings in Kethole Reach on the River Medway. She arrived in the Medway from Devonport on 25 July 1985 for demolition at Kingsnorth. The stripping of her fittings is recorded as commencing on 26 July but in this picture she still has her searchlights in place. Grain Power Station is in the background.
