A starboard bow view of the spritsail barge Victor (1895) under sail in the Thames Estuary. She is sailing goose winged downwind in a very light breeze. A candy-striped staysail is boomed out to port and a spare white jib sail fitted to the peak of the sprit and the bulwark amidships is set to starboard. All other sails are red. Other spritsail barges are under sail are in the right background. A vertical format negative. Negatives Numbers N86957CN and N86958CN were taken on the same occasion.
