A slightly distant starboard bow view of an unidentified wooden hulled ketch under sail in the River Medway, Kent

A slightly distant starboard bow view of an unidentified wooden hulled ketch under sail in the River Medway, Kent. She is sailing goose winged downwind. One of her white jib sails has been poled out on the port side. She also has a white staysail rigged to her bowsprit. All of her other sails are red and the main and mizzen sails are set to starboard. An unidentified Dutch tjalk with goose winged sails is astern of the ketch with two spritsail barges beyond it. In the left background is the Dutch tjalk Gebroeders (fl.1980) with goose winged sails and a large spritsail barge. Negatives numbers N86963CN to N86965CN were taken on the same occasion.
