GNS4540 GPS

Microchip 0.5 mm ballpitch. Microchip 0.75 mm ballpitch. NS4000 IP Generation.
Used in PND's (Personal Navigation Devices). A 2 die GPS SiP (System in Package) comprising of a GNR1040RF and a ME (Measurement Engine) baseband developed from the NS4000 GPS IP.
The Navigation PE (Position Engine) software runs on the host platform CPU allowing the ME chip to be smaller and lower power. Silicon wafer technology: RF DIE 0.18 nanometre. BASEBAND DIE 90 nanometre.
