Microchip. Available as Maxim part MAX2740.
Used in Parthus XR7 products such as NS/TS 50/100/150.
Also used by third party GPS manufacturers who purchased the Maxim part. ROC3 integrated GPS RF Receiver, packaged into a chip to allow for easy PCB mounting.
This replaced the GPS RF MCM and allowed for significant smaller GPS boards. Silicon wafer technology: Bipolar.
