A slightly distant port side view, taken from ahead of the beam, of eleven spritsail barges, oyster smack and bawleys under sail at the start of a barge match in the Thames Estuary. The vessel in the centre is the London registered oyster smack Victory (1885) and her port registry LO111 is on her hull. Beyond her is the staysail barge Ironsides (1900) with the RDL logo on her topsail.
