A bow view, taken from very fine off the port bow, of the staysail spritsail barge Ironsides (1900) under sail in the River Medway, at the start of a barge match.. She has an RDL logo on her topsail. A number of other spritsail barges are following her and all of the barges seem to be on the port tack. A vertical format negative. Negatives numbers PM2359/2 to PM2364/37 were taken on the same day.
