A port side view, taken from well ahead of the beam, of the single masted yacht Marine Scene (fl. 1984) aground on the south side of the River Medway, probably near Darnet Ness. She is listing over to port and has a 2 horse power Suzuki outboard motor projecting over the transom. Also projecting over the transom is a large sculling oar. Her genoa jib is lashed to the port guardrails. Kingsnorth Power Station is in the right background.
