A slightly distant starboard bow view of the staysail spritsail barge Ardwina (1909) under sail in the Thames Estuary during the Swale Match. She has a white staysail and is on the port tack. She has the word Mandy on her mainsail. Astern of her is the staysail barge Centaur (1895) which also has a white staysail and on the right is the Ena (1906) with the white X of R. & W. Paul Ltd on her topsail. A vertical format negative.
