A port side view, taken from ahead of the beam, of the spritsail barges Repertor (1924), Felix (1893) and Vigilant (1904) under sail racing during the 1981 Blackwater Match. They are all on the starboard tack. The Repertor has all white sails and a Crowned Head logo on her topsail. The Felix has all white sails but she is almost hidden by the Vigilant, which has a white staysail and a Crossed Keys logo on her topsail. The race starts off Osea Island in the Blackwater and runs out into the Thames Estuary to the Wallet Spitway off Clacton before turning for the run back.
