Unloading packs of frozen whale meat from the whale oil and whale meat transport Enderby (1922) onto a road trailer alongside a berth at Immingham, Lincolnshire. The cargo of whale meat is from the Antarctic. The photographer is on board the ship looking over the side and down at a cargo net loaded with packs of whale meat on the trailer of the British Road Services tractor and trailer unit 3D678. Stevedores are transferring the packs from the cargo net to the trailer and a dockside transit shed is in the background. Each of the packs contains two blocks of whale meat. Negatives numbers N85234 to N85242 were taken on the same occasion.
