A distant aerial bow view, taken from very fine off the port bow, of the ore/bulk/oil carrier Kildare (1972) loading alongside the main iron ore loading terminal at Vitoria, Brazil. Six of her hatches are open. The Kildare arrived at Vitoria on 30 June and berthed on the finger pier. On 3 July she was moved across to the main terminal and sailed fully loaded on 4 July 1974. On the right of the picture is the bulk carrier Ziemia Kielecka (1969) alongside the north side of the finger pier. The photographer is looking north-east-by-east. Negatives numbers N85365CN to N85388CN were all taken on the same day, 3 July 1974.
