A pastry chef setting up a display of decorative cakes and pastries on board the passenger liner Canberra (1961) while berthed in an unidentified port. He is standing in a lounge behind a table on which a number of the creations are displayed and he is holding a particularly delicate item that may have been influenced by the image of a lady seen on a Quality Street tin. He has his back to large windows and beyond the windows are a Mediterranean port with ramparts and dockside cranes. This is possibly Malta. Negative number N85701 was taken on the same occasion.
