Two unidentified radio officers in the radio room at the after end of the boat deck on board the Federal Steam Navigation Company cargo liner Otaio (1958). One is sitting at the desk with his right hand on the morse key and a set of headphones are on the desk. The other officer is standing in front of a range of Marconi cabinets adjusting a knob on one of the units. The clock is reading 6.40. Transparencies P64387CT to P64389CT inclusive were taken on the same occasion.
