Interior of the storm cabin in Queen Mary's Suite on board the Peninsular & Oriental Steam Navigation Company passenger liner Medina (1911) at the start of her service as a Royal Yacht. The photographer is looking inboard towards the polished chrome suspended bunk bed which is protected by mosquito nets. The fan in the deckhead is protected by a wire cage and the door has an hook and eye fitting to prevent it from swinging. A museum copy negative of a photographic print originally produced by Bedford Lemere & Co and located in the P & O Collection.
