The ship is berthed starboard side to the quay and the photographer is on the quay looking aft and up showing lifeboats 7 and 9. The family of three comprises a husband and wife and a teenage or early twenties daughter. The daughter is carrying a guitar and a sombrero. The people in this scene are the same as the ones in negatives numbers P62161CT, P62162CT and P62355CT although the family has had a complete change of clothes and this is very similar to P62162CT.
