They are using a brow rigged to a shell door amidships. Souvenirs are laid out for sale on the quay and they include leather bags of various types and models of donkeys, horses and bulls. Motor coaches are parked at the end of the quay. The photographer is ashore looking forward and slightly to port from abaft amidships showing the ship's side forward of lifeboat number 5.
