A lascar steward serving drinks to two passengers sitting on deck chairs at a low table on the deck of the British India Steam Navigation Company educational cruise ship Nevasa (1956) during a cruise. The steward is holding a tray with four drinks and a can of Schweppes soda water on it. The middle aged couple are reading magazines while seated at a low circular table and the woman is reaching up to take one of the drinks from the tray. Behind the people is a canvas screened guard rail. They are on the starboard side of the aft sports deck with lifeboats 13 and 15 in the background.
