A slightly distant starboard bow view, taken from wide off the bow, of the Peninsular & Oriental Steam Navigation Company passenger/cargo liner Iberia (1954) at moorings in Grand Harbour, Malta. Her starboard anchor is suspended below its hawse, an accommodation ladder is rigged amidships and she is dressed overall. She has the Malta courtesy flag at the starboard yardarm and the Blue Peter is at the port yardarm. Lifeboats 7, 9 and11 have been launched. The photographer is looking west showing cargo vessels alongside the Deep Water Quay and at Marsa. Dghaisa number 414 is in the foreground and it is fitted with an outboard motor.
