The transparency is marked "Douglas Annand at work on mural for FC Cafe in Orcades" and the finished work was displayed on the aft centreline bulkhead in the 1st class cafe on 'B' Deck on the Orient Steam Navigation Company passenger/cargo liner Orcades (1948).
