She is berthed port side to the quay and the photographer is looking aft from the port side deck edge abreast number 2 hatch showing long rubber cylinders on a cradle to port of number 3 hatch and two standard containers to port of number 4 hatch. A Dunlop AEC tractor unit, registered XJV 142K, is on the quayside with a trailer loaded with another four rubber cylinders and stevedores are attaching lifting strops to them. The Strathdare (1974) arrived from the Tyne on 10 October and sailed on her maiden voyage on 1 November 1974. Transparencies numbers P63032CT to P63155CT were taken on the same occasion.
