The winding is on a Slingsby wheeled dolly on the floor plates and two men are standing by it holding wire strops. Another man is working on what looks like a cock on on boiler. The location may be any of the docks in the Port of London or in Falmouth. Transparencies numbers P63397CT to P63404CT were taken on the same occasion.
