Two R. & H. Green & Silley Weir mechanical engineers at work in the engine room on board an unknown ship. They are inside the crankcase of a diesel motor and one is using a sledge hammer to hit a ring spanner to loosen a nut on a bearing. The other man has his foot on the ring spanner. This is a close-up view of just the top of the bearing with the ring spanner, a foot and a sledge hammer in the picture. The location may be any of the docks in the Port of London or in Falmouth.
