The photographer is looking aft from the centreline of the tug near the towing hook showing three men standing near the capstan winch of the running gog attached to the manilla hawser which is connected to the stern of the tanker. The tanker is seen from very fine off her starboard quarter and is being eased into No. 4 graving dock. Transparencies numbers P63560CT to P63640CT inclusive were taken on the same day.
