The British India Steam Navigation Company cargo liners Mulbera (1971) and Morvada (1971) in the Neptune Yard of Swan Hunter Shipbuilders Ltd at Newcastle upon Tyne. The stern of the Mulbera (1971), seen from off her starboard quarter, is on the slip ready for launching but her propeller and rudder have not yet been fitted. The Morvada (1971), seen from very fine off her port bow, is alongside the fitting out berth. She was launched 30 November 1970 and was delivered 23 July 1971.
