A port side view of the British India Steam Navigation Company cargo liner Amra (1969) loading deck cargo in London Docks prior to her maiden voyage. The photographer is on the quayside looking aft and to starboard from abreast the ship's forepart showing the 300 ton Stulcken derrick being used to load the swim-headed lighter Antrim onto hatch three immediately ahead of the superstructure. A British Arc Welding Co Ltd mobile compressor is on the quayside in the foreground. The Amra arrived in London 22 November 1969 and sailed in early December for Karachi via Cape Town.
