A slightly distant aerial view of an Encounter Bay class container ship alongside the North Quay, Inner Harbour, Fremantle, Western Australia. The photographer's aircraft is high above the ship, slighly off the starboard side, and the ship is alongside Berth 12 on the North Quay. The ship is shown as built before her funnel was extended and is one of five possible vessels: Encounter Bay (1969), Flinders Bay (1969), Botany Bay (1969), Moreton Bay (1969) and Discovery Bay (1969). These ships were completed between February and June 1969. Queen Victoria Street is on the right and a warehouse occupied by Westwools and W.J. Hughes Pty Ltd is on the extreme right.
