A starboard bow view, taken from wide off the bow, of the New Zealand Shipping Company refrigerated cargo liner Taupo (1966) alongside a berth at Fremantle, Western Australia. She has the funnel colours of the Federal Steam Navigation Company. The photographer is on board the tug/tender Lady Mitchell (1943). Berthed astern of the Taupo is a Farrell Lines cargo ship that is believed to be the African Glen (1945) but only the word Africa is on the bow.
