The ship is berthed starboard side to the quay and is one of Strathmay (1970), Strathmeigle (1971) or Strathmore (1971). The photographer is on the starboard side of the poop abreast the aft tandem cranes and is using a fish-eye lens. He is looking forward and to port showing a 20 feet Cti/P & O container being swung over the centre beam of number four hold by a Paceco-Vickers Portainer. Number three hatches are closed.
