The ship is one of Strathmay (1970), Strathmeigle (1971) or Strathmore (1971). The photographer is on the quayside looking aft and to starboard from abreast the Stulcken derrick showing 20 feet Strick Line/P & O containers being lowered onto DFDS low loader trailer number 4173. They were on number four hatch and are being moved by the ship's aft tandem cranes. Transparencies numbers P64671CT to P64685CT were taken on the same day.
