On board the Peninsular & Oriental Steam Navigation Company cargo liner Stratharos (1959) which is discharging a heavy deck cargo while anchored at Dubai. The photographer is on the starboard side of the deck just ahead of the superstructure looking forward showing the 65 ton Stulcken derrick being used to discharge a heavy steel unit from the starboard side of the deck abreast number two hatch onto a lighter which is being held alongside by a motor workboat, possibly named Costay Tees (Fl. 1975). Two of the steel units have already been loaded onto the lighter. A vertical format image. Transparencies numbers P64487CT, P64488CT and P64687CT to P64704CT were taken on the same occasion.
