The photographer is on the starboard side of the forecastle deck looking aft showing four men guiding a hoist of four blue-painted steel drums of Arquad 2HT-75 dimethyl ammonium chloride into position alongside a number of similar drums on the deck, abreast the hold near the break of the forecastle.
