The Australian Trade Mission to South-West Asia display on board the British India Steam Navigation Company cargo liner Chandpara (1949) at Fremantle, Western Australia. The display was mounted in the tween decks and the ship sailed from Fremantle on 20 February 1962 for Karachi and 9 Persian Gulf ports. On 12 April 1962 she departed from Abadan for Australia having played host to over 11,500 visitors. A general view of two British India Line display panels, one showing B-I routes under the heading "B-I The Connecting Link 1856-1962" and the other showing images of 9 different B-I ships under the heading "B-I Ships and Services".
