An engineer standing at the cargo oil and water ballast valve control console on board the ore/bulk/oil carrier Kildare (1972) while in the iron ore loading port of Tubarao, Vitoria, Brazil. He is holding the intercom flexible microphone. Transparencies numbers PCT770 to PCT773 were taken on the same occasion. The Kildare arrived at Vitoria on 30 June and berthed on the finger pier. On 3 July she was moved to the main terminal and sailed fully loaded on 4 July 1974. Transparencies numbers PCT692 to PCT791 were taken during the same stay in port.
