A slightly distant aerial starboard side view, taken from well ahead of the beam, of the ore/bulk/oil carrier Irfon (1971) alongside the main terminal at the iron ore loading port of Tubarao, Vitoria, Brazil. The ship has hatches 1, 4, 6, 8 and 11 open, is loading at numbers 4 and 8 holds and is flying the Blue Ensign. The Irfon arrived in port at Vitoria on 6 July and berthed on the main terminal. She sailed fully loaded on 7 July 1974. In the background are the Greek bulk carrier Kyriakoula D. Lemos (1966) alongside the south side of the finger pier and on the north side is the bulk carrier Danita (1967) that arrived and sailed on the same day. Transparencies numbers PCT792 to PCT807 and PCT814 to PCT951 were taken during the same stay in port.
