The engineer is in conversation with a senior offic er who has 4 gold bars on his shoulders, possibly the staff captain. The Irfon arrived in port at Vitoria on 6 July and sailed fully loaded on 7 July 1974. Transparencies numbers PCT792 to PCT807 and PCT814 to PCT951 were taken during the same stay in port.
